Each class will work to balance the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging, yet safe method to restore natural posture, improve athletic performance, and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
DoPilates classes emphasise the foundational principles of Pilates, while offering modifications and variations to suit each student’s individual needs.
Naomi Canales has been in the Fitness Industry for more than 15 years. She started her Fitness career as a dancer, and then Personal Trainer. This combination led to the perfect balance of skills to become a Pilates Instructor. Utilizing her experience as a Personal Trainer with a deep knowledge of body mechanics, as well as the inherent flow and grace of a dancer, Naomi will show you how to integrate this world-renowned core practice into your daily life.
