This workshop is 2-hours long and teaches the Mobility Exercises, Warm-up, Techniques and Workouts from Pavel Tsatsouline’s new work on Hardstyle kettlebell training, Simple & Sinister.
This book and its training programs are the ideal starting points for anyone interested in learning to use kettlebells. This book has now supplanted Pavel’s ‘Enter The Kettlebell’ as the initial required reading and training for all StrongFirst instructor candidates.
*Completion of this workshop is required to attend my Intermediate/Advanced ‘Enter The Kettlebell’ Self-Training Workshop.
The Simple & Sinister training programs will prepare you for almost anything life could throw at you, and provides the strength, the stamina and the suppleness to play any sport recreationally, and play it well!
- If you are a serious athlete, Simple & Sinister will serve as a perfect foundation for your sport-specific training.
- If you are a serious lifter, Simple & Sinister will build your strength rather than interfere with it.

And talk about super-simple! There are only two exercises in the S&S program, The Swing and The Getup. This will help anyone who is stuck “majoring in the minors” at the gym and not seeing any real results.
