  1. yes, Yosh997,I do zazaen and never had any prboelms. you become calm and alert and at peace. Like when you first wake up in the morning and feel great! you are at your best, with a fully rested body your organism fully functioning. your best work is done in the early morning. before the stresses of life start to wear you out and fatigue. Zen teaches us to let things flow around us so we can preserve our calmness which really is our highest happiness
